Ana Lily Amirpour’s The Bad Batch is a hard film to sell, but this trailer does a pretty great job of making it look like one of the coolest/weirdest films of the year:
Set mostly to random evocative images and a pulsating score (with some narration assistance from the great Keanu Reeves), this is a good representation of what the film has to offer, while being a nifty piece of work in and of itself. I can tell you, the film is just as strange as it looks here.
NEON’s putting out The Bad Batch June 23. If this trailer works for you, definitely check it out.
