According to Deadline, something very very special just happened: Walton Goggins - the secret weapon of virtually every project in which he has ever appeared - has just joined Peyton Reed's Ant-Man sequel, Ant-Man And The Wasp.
As of now there's no word on who Goggins might be playing, but let's be honest with ourselves: does it matter? Assuming that his screentime is in no way limited, we'll be happy to see him doing anything in this movie (worth noting: the comedy skills Goggins has displayed on HBO's Vice Principals make this bit of casting all the more exciting; here's hoping Reed allows him to really let loose).
More information is expected to be revealed this Saturday, during Marvel's Hall H panel at SDCC. Perhaps then we'll find out what Goggins is doing in Ant-Man And The Wasp (my hope is that he's playing the villain, but let's just see how this pans out).
What do you folks think? As excited about this as we are? Sound off in the comments below.
