The New Voice of the Old Marty McFly

How can you pair the original Doc with a McFly replica? Well, Telltale Games has done it by casting A.J. LoCascio as McFly’s voice doppelgänger in BACK TO THE FUTURE: THE GAME.

With it being the 25th Anniversary of the original Back to the Future and the whole trilogy making its debut on Blu-ray, the time twisted adventures of a mad scientist and his puffy vested nephew is experiencing a resurgence in popular culture once again. So, no surprise there is a video game series in the works being produced by Telltale Games, creators of Sam & Max and Monkey Island.

Telltale has done everything right so far by casting Christopher Lloyd to reprise his role as Doc Brown, bringing Back to the Future screenwriter Bob Gale onboard as a consultant, and securing the likeness of Michael J. Fox’s Marty McFly as well as the iconic DeLorean time machine. You’ll noticed I said the “likeness” of Marty McFly as Fox is obviously unable to take part in such a long-term project. But how can you pair the original Doc with a McFly replica? Well, Telltale Games has done it by casting A.J. LoCascio as McFly’s voice doppelgänger. I’m serious, the kid sounds exactly like the ol’ Marty we know and love. Check out the video below if you don’t believe me:
