Lando + R. Kelly = Really Real Talk

Lando Calrissian is a badass. R. Kelly is a badass. And this week, thanks to Bryan Theiss with FrankenseussLabs, we get to see what happens when Lando and R. become one Ultimate Badass in this animated video featuring Lando as the lead in a new video for R.‘s supremely amazing “Real Talk.”

There’s a LOT to love about that, but for me it all becomes crystallized genius about a minute in with the schematic of the Mos Eisley cantina and the explanation that the whole club is packed. And I’m supremely grateful for the schematic explaining that what they eat don’t make a shit. Somehow that lyric hadn’t registered in my brain the first 800 times I listened to this song; now it’s my favorite part of any song ever.

Now if only Bryan can continue and give us a Star Wars themed animated video for every chapter of Trapped in the Closet, we’ll be set. Bryan, that cool with you?
