As the latest Muppet movie gets made the internet has been dutifully spoiling each and every cameo as they sign a contract. Like many other folks I have been annoyed by this, and I yearned for the days when a cameo remained a delightful surprise to be discovered in the theater. Like with the original The Muppet Movie. That film was packed with cameos and there was no way they were spoiled in advance.
Except yeah, they were spoiled. In the trailer. Advertising that gives too much away has been with us for a long time.
