Mummified Corpse Of ATTACK OF THE 50-FOOT WOMAN Starlet Found

In a morbid twist that would have fit completely into the weird world of 50s B-pictures that made Yvette Vickers famous, her mummified corpse was discovered in her home last week. Yes, mummified - she had probably been dead for a year or so.

Vickers appeared in Attack of the 50-Foot Woman (she was not the 50-Foot Woman) and Attack of the Giant Leeches (she was not the Giant Leeches); she later went on to be a Playboy Playmate of the Month in 1960. She was 82 years old (although I’m not sure if she would have been 82 now or 82 when she died last year).

Her home was in isolated Benedict Canyon, and it seems that she kept to herself… the only reason anyone thought to check on her was they began seeing cobwebs in her mailbox.

Creepy.
