Missing THE WALKING DEAD? Robert Kirkman gives us some scoop about season two.

Robert Kirkman, creator of The Walking Dead comics series and producer/writer on the AMC television show, recently gave some insight into the second season. He dismisses the rumor that The Walking Dead showrunner Frank Darabont abolished a full-time writing staff in favor of the freelance model, reiterates that Stephen King will hopefully write an episode of the second season, and reveals that S2 production will begin in a few weeks and where the second season will pick up. He also teases a bit about if/when we can expect to see Merle (a crappy character carried by the great Michael Rooker) and the fucking awesome Michonne from the comics.
