Austin! ATTACK THE BLOCK Will Attack The Alamo!
Austin, we have heard your cries! ATTACK THE BLOCK will screen at the Alamo Drafthouse!
So a lot of people got kind of annoyed that Attack the Block screened in 25 cities across America recently and that Austin wasn’t one of them. While the movie did play at SXSW in Austin, those screenings weren’t easily accessible for the local hardcore movie hounds who haunt the Alamo Drafthouse (and Badass Digest).
Well, good news: the squeaky wheels have gotten the grease and Attack the Block will be playing at the Alamo on June 15th at 7pm. For free!
All you gotta do is go to this link and they’ll hook you up with everything. And then show up - and show up early! This screening will likely be a) popular and b) slightly overbooked. But you Austinites know that drill.
