New Eminem and Royce Da 5’9 Video Is Typography Wet Dream

After weathering a 10-year feud, Eminem and Royce da 5’9” finally put the BS aside to reunite as Bad Meets Evil in this first video off their debut EP.

Way back in 1999, on his debut album “The Slim Shady LP”,  Eminem collaborated with fellow Detroit rapper Royce da 5’9” on the gleefully murderous track “Bad Meets Evil.” The song ended with the proclamation: “See you in Hell for the sequel, bad meets evil.” Apparently, in Hell that meant more then a decade of waiting to see these two talented MC’s link up again after having a falling-out and exchanging some diss records. When the dust settled, and Eminem got sober, the Bad Meets Evil duo reconciled and finally got to work on their debut EP, fittingly titled “Hell: The Sequel”.

And here’s the first video off the album for the track “Fast Lane”. It’s a pretty simple video in Hip-Hop terms, but it’s the manic, animated typography that raises the bar.
