Real Life Badass: Sean Bean

We don’t usually cover gossip, but there’s a time and place for everything…

Sean Bean can take a licking when wearing a suit of armor in fantasies like Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones, but he can also take a licking when in his street clothes armed with only a pint. The actor was involved in a bar fight which saw him stabbed, and yet he refused to go to the hospital and simply ordered another drink.

Bean was having a cigarette outside a bar in North London with a topless model of his acquaintance (of course) when a passerby said something rude about her. In true Ned Stark fashion, Bean followed the man down the street and yelled at him. Later the man returned and punched Bean in the face and stabbed him in the arm with a broken glass. He refused to be taken to the  hospital, availed himself of the bar’s first aid kit and ordered another drink.

Badass.
