I keep meaning to get into GameFly, but I suspect it isn’t worth the monthly charge. I hate going to my local Blockbuster just because, you know, it’s fucking Blockbuster. So the idea that Redbox is going to rent video games is very intriguing to me.
Kotaku reports that games for the Wii, Xbox 360 and Playstation Hacked will be available for $2 a day at 21,000 kiosks across the country. And here’s the thing: if you keep the game for 30 days you bought it. They charge you just the 60 bucks and you now own the game; there are no further late fees or whatever.
