MTV Gets Gory And Silly With DEATH VALLEY

People still complain that MTV doesn’t have any music anymore even though it’s been almost 20 years since the network really carried regular music videos. This feels like complaining about the Soviet Union to me; it’s history, guys, let’s get over it and accept MTV for what it is. And what it is is the network that will be airing an interesting looking comedy/horror show called Death Valley. It looks like Reno 911 meets Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and is about the San Fernando Valley cops who make up the Undead Task Force, dealing with zombies, vampires and werewolves.

The trailer for the show, which debuts in August, is pretty good. And very gory. Check it out.
