Wayne Manor is foreclosed and Batman must work at Wal-Mart!
Those zany Taiwanese animators from NMA are at it again, and this time they’ve got a surreal version of the Dark Knight Rises trailer which takes aim at both the current economic crisis and Christopher Nolan’s filmography. When stock prices plummet and Wayne Manor is foreclosed, a weeping Batman is forced to take a job at Wal-Mart, where he runs into Bane. Bane, it turns out, is pretty pissed off about inflation. There are nods to Inception and Memento in there, and the Joker shows up for some reason before Batman gets whipped by the Halle Berry Catwoman.
