Is This Another “Leaked” Bit Of Marketing For THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO?
A supposed fansite for THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO is stuffed with behind the scenes pics and video.
The teaser trailer for David Fincher’s The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo ‘leaked’ onto YouTube a few months back, and it got a couple of million hits before Sony bothered having it pulled down. It’s pretty obvious that the leak was part of the marketing campaign for the film, which features an eyebrowless hacker as one of the leads.
Now Slashfilm has been directed towards a Tumblr that purports to be a fan site for the movie, but which contains a whole bunch of behind the scenes pictures and even video that could only come from someone with serious access to the set. Again, this appears to be a fake leak, so all of the images and video are carefully chosen to get across a mood, and you don’t have to worry about being spoiled.
