Houston cinephiles have a hard row to hoe sometimes. The city generally focuses more on fine art and theatre than cinema, but the Alamo Drafthouse is doing their best to change that. Read the original post here (showtimes are now only on Friday and Saturday). Get tickets here. And be prepared to geek out at the attendance of Vincent D'onofrio, Abigail Breslin and all of the brilliant filmmakers!
Tomorrow night kicks off with the opening film Janie Jones, a Q&A with star Abigail Breslin, director David M. Rosenthal and producer Stephanie Striegel, followed by a cocktail reception. I'll be there covering the event for BAD, so come hang!
