Fassbender is teaming up with director Steve McQueen for a third go-round, by the way. It'll be called 12 Years a Slave, and it's the true story of a freeborn black man who, in the 1850s, became a slave. Chiwetal Ejiofor will star as the man, Solomon Northrop, while Fassbender will have a role as yet unclear.
