Seeing Red: The New JOHN CARTER One Sheet
He may no longer be Of Mars, but his color scheme is.
Disney has released a new poster for Andrew Stanton's John Carter; i like it a lot - it has a direct, in your face aspect that comes partially from the bold color but also from the simplicity of the design. The big font of the title works nicely, as does the painterly Tharks in the background. That said, the title - so generic - makes it look like a character poster, like there's going to be a real title announcment yet to come. I'd love to see what this design looks like with Of Mars in it. Photoshop phreaks?
