Usually when a Hollywood star appears in a commercial it's part of a lucrative deal. But not with Will Ferrell - the comedian actually approached the brewers of Old Milwaukee and asked them if he could do commercials for their brand. He wanted no money, and he wanted them to only play locally in Davenport, Iowa, where the beer is made.
