Javier Grillo-Marxauch was a writer on Lost, and he was the creator of the cult TV series The Middleman. Now he's written and directed Reverse Parthenogenesis, a pitch-black comedy starring Buffy the Vampire Slayer stars Adam Busch and Amber Benson. The two play a couple who are sequencing their DNA before having a baby, in an attempt to discover whether they have any surpises in their genes. Their doctor comes back with distressing news - one of them is the Antichrist.
