Drafthouse Films' Klown opened this past Friday (7/27) in New York City, Los Angeles and Austin.
The wickedly raunchy Danish comedy that The New York Times calls "a barbed satire of boorish male behavior and one of the funnier and more outrageous films to hit this country so far this year" will expand to over thirteen additional markets on August 3rd and August 10th. Klown debuted this past weekend in the above three markets, grossing $19k with a solid $6,548 per screen average. We're excited to expand to additional markets this week.
