You're looking at cake pops decorated in honor of women in horror. There's Regan from The Exorcist, Carrie White from Carrie, Heather from The Blair Witch Project and Annie Wilkes from MIsery. I'm sure they're delicious, but I might have a hard time biting into the Regan one. And I wish Heather's had emphasized her snotty crying moment more fully. And where's the Bride of Frankenstein?
