DELIVERY MAN Trailer Delivers A Humbled Vince Vaughn

The story of how God learned to be God, but on a much smaller scale.

A sort of hyper-short teaser for Delivery Man has been playing in front of a lot of films lately, and I'm happy to finally see it expanded into an actual trailer. It's likely only a matter of time before this one annoys me too, but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate the change of scenery.

Speaking as the only person on Earth who kind of liked The Internship, this movie doesn't look that bad. In fact, its open sentimentality as Vince Vaughn learns his place in the world by looking after his 500 or so children like some kind of chubby, puffy-eyed guardian angel appeals to me much more than I care to admit. There aren't really any jokes here, just plot. But I like it.

Delivery Man comes out November 22, just in time to break into award season conversations worldwide.
