Samurai Of The Rings: 47 RONIN Trailer

The long-delayed fantasy epic gets a domestic trailer filled with monsters and portentuous voice over.

I was on the set of 47 Ronin like twelve years ago or something. Our set visit pieces can finally run next week and I'm scrambling to find my notes that might be lost forever. The movie was delayed and reworked and I don't even know what has happened to it since I was in England checking out some really impressive concept art. I'm actually interested in reading someone else's account of what exactly happened with that movie in the years since it started shooting.

It's finally coming this Christmas, and Universal has debuted a packed trailer - this thing looks like it includes footage from every scene in the movie. I'm intrigued - it certainly looks pretty. But is it any good?
