FINALLY Seth Rogen And Kevin Hart To Do A Buddy Cop Comedy

What took you so long, Hollywood?

Maybe you have yet to meet the comedic enigma that is Kevin Hart. He seems to be everywhere and nowhere all it once in such a way that I can understand if you've seen his face and/or read his name but still have no idea who or what he is.

If this is you, let me lay down some education. I've seen some Kevin Hart stuff and think I have a good bead on the guy. Kevin Hart is a comedian. Instead of telling jokes, he just puts forth a comedian's personality and fills the blanks with word-shaped air. Kind of like this but blacker:

According to /Film, Kevin Hart may soon be teaming up with Seth Rogen for a buddy cop comedy about "the first interracial cop pairing in history." The hypothetical film currently does not have a title but will likely be the next feature film from Neighbors director Nicholas Stoller:

The next thing I want to direct is this thing for Seth [Rogen] and Kevin Hart. It’s basically about the first white cop black cop pairing in history. That takes place in the late ’40s and they have to bust jazz musicians for weed. It’s kind of a Baz Luhrman world mixed with Tarantino shit. It’s a lot of things.

I hear Neighbors is amazingly funny. Sometimes I really like Seth Rogen. But I'm just not too sure about this Kevin Hart guy. I also think I preferred the world when I thought 48 Hours was the first white cop/black cop pairing in history. And a documentary. Does this goofy upstart movie really think it can be another 48 Hours? Not even Another 48 Hours was another 48 Hours. C'mon guys.
