I feel like we already know enough about the Coen Bros' next film, Hail Caesar, to have a pretty decent idea of what to expect. But because it's a Coen Bros film, we actually have no idea at all. It's going to star George Clooney, it's going to take place in 1950s Hollywood, and - according to the Coens themselves - it will be "about the movie business and religion and faith." A newer synopsis calls it a "comical yarn."
And yet I really have no idea. One thing we can say for sure is that the film will have Josh Brolin in it. That's very good news. Whatever talent Brolin offers a film, he's that much better when acting in a Coen Bros movie. I guess that's true of most actors, but this article is about the Brolin Bro-man, and it's especially true of him.
The Deadline article which dropped this info describes Brolin's role as "starring," so it sounds like we'll be seeing a lot of him. It did not specify whether or not he will be playing Thanos.
