Joe Begos Begins Filming ALMOST HUMAN Followup, THE MIND’S EYE

This sounds great!

After the gory throwback, Almost Human, genre fans have been curious about what would come next for the film’s director, Joe Begos. Wonder no more! This week, Begos began production on his followup, The Mind’s Eye.

According to Deadline, The Mind’s Eye takes place in New England in 1990, so expect a lot of Stephen King accents and NKOTB references. It’s about a drifter with telekinetic powers looking for a doctor who has some kind of "telekinetic power serum." To find out specifics about what the serum does, I suppose we’ll have to watch the movie. Pesky movies!

The film reunites the director with Almost Human star Graham Skipper. According to the article, other Almost Human co-star Josh Ethier is not a cast member, but is producing. BAD pal Noah Segan’s totally in it, though!
