Netflix’s PEE-WEE Movie Gets A Title And Logo

Somewhere Tyler Perry sadly scratches a Madea idea off his list.

Now that Paul Reuben and Judd Apatow’s new Pee-Wee movie has found a home at Netflix, we are starting to get some real details. For one, it’s called Pee-Wee’s Big Holiday and it already has a logo, which you can see above.

But that’s not all! We also know that Reubens wrote the script with Arrested Development’s Paul Rust. Furthermore, the film will be directed by first-timer feature filmmaker John Lee, who you may know from his work directing Inside Amy Schumer.

Good golly, we even have a synopsis!

In Pee-wee's Big Holiday, a fateful meeting with a mysterious stranger inspires Pee-wee Herman to take his first-ever holiday in this epic story of friendship and destiny.

I’ll but THAT for a dollar. Except I won’t have to because it’s on Netflix. So I’ll just buy that for a small monthly fee instead.

Pee-Wee’s Big Holiday is supposed to start filming early this year. It is currently early this year, so I guess it could start going any minute now.
