Bob Odenkirk And David Cross Reteaming For New Netflix Sketch Show!

This is the best news ever.

Netflix is kicking ass all over the place. Here’s more proof (and for my money, maybe the best proof). The site will be home to a new sketch comedy show from Bob Odenkirk and David Cross called With Bob and David. You can have your new Twin Peaks (or maybe you can’t?). This is my new big, exciting reunion tour.

The show will run four half-hour episodes with an hour long making-of special. The show is actually in production right now! This is really happening!

We don’t know who else from the Mr. Show days will return, but if this photo from Paul F. Tompkins is any indication, Jay Johnston is involved, and that’s good enough for me:

 

Mr. Show might still be my favorite show of all time. Odenkirk is definitely among my favorite comedy actors ever. I couldn’t be more excited for this.

(And yes, we sort of already knew something like this was going to happen. This confirmation is a big deal, nevertheless.)
