Netflix is doing some remarkable things, the kind of stuff we used to take for granted as impossible, or grossly improbably at best. Arrested Development season four was really just the beginning.
Here is a perfect example. As you probably know, this summer Netflix is going to present an eight-episode return to the world of Wet Hot American Summer, a movie that never fails to make me laugh. The show takes place on the first day of camp, two months before the original movie which took place on the last day of camp. Everyone’s coming back. Everyone’s much older. There’s probably going to be a lot of apt prequel jokes. It’s going to be glorious.
Don’t believe me? Check out these photos. I got them from a website. I can’t remember which one though.
I’m so excited to get a little more time with this crew. Unlike most reunion tour situations, I feel confident this one is going to get things right.
