An Old MATRIX Friend Appears To Have Joined The JOHN WICK 2 Cast

We don’t usually post set photos but this was tweeted by Keanu Reeves himself, so it seems pretty safe:

Yep! That’s a photo of Laurence Fishburne on the set of John Wick 2. Fishburne has not been officially announced as a cast member, so we have no idea if this is a real role, a cameo, or just a situation where some guy is about to get thrown out on the street by security guards.

I doubt it’s the last option, which means Fishburne and Keanu Reeves are teaming up once again in John Wick 2, yet another reason to look forward to this film. And I’ll tell you what. There are few genre tropes I like more than the old sage who hangs out with birds. That’s exactly what this looks like.
