Scott Eastwood, Seen Here With Several Horses, Has Joined The Cast Of FAST 8
The cast of Fast 8, the next installment in the long-running and increasingly-ridiculous Fast And Furious franchise, gained another cast member today: Scott Eastwood, son of Clint, star of Flags Of Our Fathers, and (::checks Wikipedia::) former student at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
The announcement came via Twitter, and indicates that Eastwood will be playing right-hand man to Kurt Russell's character, introduced in last year's Furious 7.

Eastwood joins virtually every working actor in Hollywood (including but not limited to: Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Eva Mendes, Lucas Black, Kurt Russell, Charlize Theron, and Jason Statham) in Fast 8, which - as you already know - is being directed by F. Gary Gray. If it doesn't feature at least one sequence set in space, I will have no choice but to consider it a failure.
Fast 8 arrives on April 14th, 2017.
