Many movies put out characters posters, but usually the feature the film’s actual characters. The Purge: Election Year, a film that actually does have characters, decided to do things a bit differently:
Instead of featuring cast members like Frank Grillo or Elizabeth Mitchell, this film decided to just highlight all the masked villains. It’s smart. Much as we like Grillo and Mitchell, they can’t really compare with goofy masked people, who have really been the hallmark of this series from the beginning.
I don’t know about you, but I’m excited for this one. I hope they make Purge movies all the way up to when they can actually be documentaries.
The Purge: Election Year comes out July 1.
