After wowing people people with the ashy ghost movie, We Are Still Here, director Ted Geoghegan has picked his next film, an action-horror story called Mohawk, according to EW.
Mohawk is all about the Mohawk people, who find themselves on the run when one of their members sets fire to an American soldier camp. Bad idea, guy! Geoghegan describes it as a “home invasion film where the home is North America itself”. He also claims it will be “hard-hitting” and “horrifying”, which is music to my ears.
The film’s cast will include Hemlock Grove’s Kaniehtiio Horn, Ian Colletti (the guy who plays Arseface), Take Shelter’s Robert Longstreet, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt’s Sheri Foster, Upstream Color’s Andrew Sensenig, and BMD’s own Noah Segan. Travis Stevens of Snowfort Pictures will produce.
