Noomi Rapace Will Be Back For ALIEN: COVENANT, After All

In a development that should come as a shock to absolutely no one, Noomi Rapace has signed on to reprise her Prometheus character in Alien: Covenant.

The news just broke via Deadline, who said the following:

Sources say Rapace is in Australia and on the set to shoot weeks worth of scenes in Scott’s film, which brings back Fassbender’s robot character and has a cast that includes Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride and Demian Bichir.

My guess is, they're revealing this now in order to prevent paparazzi photos from doing the job for them (for those interested in such things, pap photos from the Alien: Covenant set have been everywhere for weeks; whatever they're doing looks pretty cool). 

What do you guys think about this? Happy that Shaw's returning? Annoyed that they tried to make us think this wasn't gonna happen? Excited that we're probably going to see Danny McBride get offed by a Xenomorph? Sound off in the comments below.
