New WESTWORLD Poster Is Very Upfront About All The Robot Stuff

There's gonna be so many robots in this show, you're not even gonna believe it.

Confession: see that image at the top of the page? Not a slice from the newly-released Westworld poster.

You might've thought so, what with the juxtaposition of the headline and Evan Rachel Wood's exposed robot innards and all, but nope. Believe it or not, that's just a screencap from Monday's new Westworld trailer. Film blog magic!

Hi. I'm Scott Wampler. I'm the News Editor here at Birth.Movies.Death., and today I'd like to talk to you about slow news days.

All over the world, your favorite entertainment blogs are working day and (generally not at) night to keep you informed as to the goings-on in Hollywood. Sometimes, the Gods smile upon us, and the news is plentiful (what we in the industry call a "heavy news day"). Other times, the news runs slow (what we call "the shittiest kind of day"), and bloggers find themselves locked into writing largely meaningless posts built around things like fan art, video essays, or even - as we've seen here today - mediocre one-sheets.

Slow news days are hard on us all, but they're hardest on the bloggers, who are sometimes forced to fill out space in posts simply to make it appear as though they're actually getting some work done. It's an exhaustive, tedious process - one of the most overlooked aspects of an increasingly exhausting industry - but it's something we all have to deal with from time to time.

Please, look at this Westworld poster, comment about it, and pray that something interesting happens today. If not for yourselves, do it for the Birth.Movies.Death. staff.
