According to a new report over at Variety, teen heartthrob Toby Jones and Rafe Spall (Prometheus, Black Mirror's "White Christmas" special) are currently in talks to join Universal's in-development Jurassic World sequel, which we're still calling Jurassic World 2 because we don't know the title yet.
Should these talks prove successful, the pair will join returning Jurassic World stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. As you already know, A Monster Calls director J.A. Bayona is signed on to direct the sequel to Colin Trevorrow's not-so-surprise blockbuster, which may or may not feature glorified extras being mercilessly eviscerated by digital dinosaurs (while plot details are still firmly under wraps, it seems a safe bet that Toby Jones will also be gruesomely savaged by said dinosaurs).
No word yet on when Jurassic World Title TBD will begin filming, but it'll probably be sooner rather than later. Stay tuned for updates as they occur.
