Full JACKIE Trailer Shows Off Natalie Portman Acting Showcase

We got an eerie and effective teaser for Natalie Portman’s upcoming Jackie back in October. In all honesty, that was enough to sell the film as something to look out for. But, of course, that’s not how this works. So today graces us with a full trailer:

There is a ton going on just in those two and a half minutes. This isn't put together like a traditional trailer, either, which makes me wonder about how this film will end up playing out. It doesn’t look like Jackie will be an easy watch.

You can already kind of tell how much Natalie Portman nails this performance, however. It’s just a trailer, but she’s incredible in this small dose, and I can't wait to see more. Given the film's early December release date, award talk regarding her performance seems inevitable. She’s joined by a great cast as well, including Billy Crudup, Greta Gerwig, Peter Sarsgaard and John Hurt.
