Martin Scorsese’s SILENCE Finally Gets Its Trailer
Seems like this one won’t be a comedy.
It’s like Paramount woke up today and suddenly realized they have an epic Martin Scorsese Christmas movie they should probably start promoting. So first we got this hideous poster:
And now this much much less hideous trailer:
Wow. Now this looks like the kind of movie that can go ahead and have a three-hour-long running time. I don’t really know what it’s about (well, I kind of know what it’s about), but I sort of don’t care. Big big stuff is going on here, not the least of which is Andrew Garfield, Adam Driver and Liam Neeson - looking far hairier, dirtier and skinnier than normal - getting their Christian asses handed to them in Japan.
