This Photo Of A Naked Jai Courtney Proves That SUICIDE SQUAD Was Worth It In The End
Our lord and savior Jai Courtney appeared on Conan last night, and in the midst of a very pleasant interview, a bombshell was dropped: during the filming of Suicide Squad, a naked Jai Courtney chased director David Ayer around the set.
Here's Jai explaining himself:
Now, look here. A lot of digital ink has been spilled beating up on Suicide Squad over the past few months, and a lot of those beatings were well-deserved. But the photo revealed in this Conan interview - burned into your very soul at the top of this page - proves once and for all that Suicide Squad was totally worth it. I don't want to hear any of you calling Suicide Squad "worthless" ever again; that is now patently untrue.
By the way: frequent readers know that the #JaiBless hashtag (go comb through the results here) was borne of the "Create Your Own Terrible Movie Poster" contest I ran here last year. In the months since, the Birth.Movies.Death. readership has asked time and again when we'll launch a sequel to that contest ... and I'm going to use this post as a way of announcing my intention to run that contest before year's end. Think I've got some prizes (perhaps left over from Fantastic Fest) that I think you folks will enjoy.
Stay tuned for that, and remember: #JaiBless. Or in this case, #JaiVeryConfident.
