The First Photo Of Tom Holland Standing Near A Train In SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING Has Been Released
The first trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming arrives tonight thanks to the good folks at Jimmy Kimmel Live (well, more thanks are probably owed to the good folks at Marvel, but let's share the wealth, seeing as how Kimmel's the one dropping the actual clip on us), and in advance of that clip we've got a new photo from the film thanks to the good folks at USA Today.
It's Peter Parker, mostly in his Spider-suit, standing near a train.
USA Today says the following about the photo:
Homecoming begins with Peter wrestling with a return to his normal life in Queens after being recruited by Stark and surviving his first huge superhero battle (see: Civil War). Taking the subway to school again for his sophomore year is tough for the kid.
“He literally just went to Europe with the coolest clique of them all,” says co-producer Eric Hauserman Carroll. “And now he’s back with the academic decathlon and the mathletes and going, ‘What am I doing here?’ ”
Well, for the time being, he's standing near a train in his Spider-suit, looking vaguely disgruntled. Classic Peter.
We'll have that Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer for you later tonight, just as soon as it's made its way to the internet in an easy-to-embed, hi-res format. Until then, please feel free to stare into the depths of the photo above and think about all the good choices you're going to make today. We believe in you. You got this.
Spider-Man: Homecoming arrives on July 7th, 2017.
