Please Enjoy These New GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 Images

The good folks over at USA Today scored a ton of new Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 images for us today, and they're every bit as badass as you'd hope they'd be: the makeup effects (particularly on Mantis and Nebula) look sharp, the colors are big and bold, and the galaxy's biggest a-holes all seem to be having a blast.

My favorite of the bunch is hands-down that next-to-last shot, with Michael Rooker's Yondu strolling through a field of goons (who appear to be caught in some type of suspended animation deal) with Rocket at his side ... and Baby Groot up there on his shoulder.
