Posterpocalypse 2017 has taken a terrible toll on the staff.

We've done what we can to stay on top of this neverending parade of reveals, but still ... it is not enough. We write up one set of posters, only for five more to spring up in its wake. We face a cruel and merciless hydra of a news day.

Evan Saathoff - my dear, dear Evan - has gone fully insane, disrobing and cackling at the walls, at a complete loss for words. Phil Nobile Jr. saw what was coming and had the good sense to flee sometime after lunch. We think he'll make it to safety, but we're not entirely sure. He is a delicate man. Jacob Knight stabbed a man in the alley outside, but that had nothing to do with posters.

This latest attack involves, yes, another batch of Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 character posters. At the time of this writing, we do not yet have the Chris Pratt/Star Lord one, and tempers are flaring as we try and decide whether or not to run a new post without him. To further complicate matters, the Nebula poster is only available via Instagram, and the top part of the image is cut off. It is maddening.

The fear is that this day will never end, and right now it feels terribly possible. All things feel possible, and impossible, at once. We are cold and hungry and scared and wish for this to end.

PS: we all agree the Yondu one is pretty much the coolest of the bunch.
