The Animated SPIDER-MAN Film Gets Its Voice Cast Together

We know who’s voicing Miles Morales.

While Spider-Man: Homecoming is coming to us in a matter of months, there’s still an animated feature film to look forward to. This one is especially exciting not just because it’s being written by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, but because the Spider-Man it focuses on will be Miles Morales, not boring old Peter Parker.

And now we know who will voice Miles. According to The Hollywood Reporter, that honor goes to Dope and The Get Down actor Shameik Moore. Not only that, but it looks like Liev Schrieber will voice the film’s villain. Unfortunately, we don’t yet know who that villain will be. You are more than welcome to speculate in the comments. Which of Spider-Man’s many villains deserve to sound like Liev Schrieber?

It’s heartening to hear some news about this very special project after so much silence. Hopefully, we’ll get more casting announcements soon.
