A new trailer for Insidious: The Last Key just arrived, and we know what you're thinking: "Is it packed with jump scares?"
Yes. Yes, it is.
This is the fourth at-bat for the Insidious franchise, which is either tiresome or excellent news, depending on where you stand on this series. If we can engage in some Real Talk™ here for just a moment - and I think we know each other well enough for that - this writer believes the Insidious franchise has a terminal case of Diminishing Returns Syndrome, and should probably be put to bed sooner rather than later. Your mileage may vary.
Some (but not all) of the gang's back together on this one, with Lin Shaye and Leigh Whannel returning to their characters. Whannel wrote, James Wan is producing and The Taking Of Deborah Logan's Adam Robitel directs. What do you folks think? Yay or nay on this one?
Insidious: The Last Key opens on January 5th.
