THE PUNISHER Trailer Totally Punishes A Good Song
And, I dunno, maybe your eyes.
I’ll give Netflix/Marvel this, they sure aren’t skimping on the violence in the first full trailer for The Punisher, which you can watch below:
Plot-wise, I’m not interested in what’s going on here. On the other hand, lots of John Wick headshots. The problem is not only do I already have two John Wick movies, but I also have a Punisher movie that probably can’t be beaten, violence-wise.
So it all comes down to Bernthal, who totally owned this role in his Daredevil appearances. Whether he can keep that up for an entire, what, 30-episode solo season remains to be seen. But unlike with the last couple Netflix/Marvel jams, I might actually show up to this one.
