There's no denying we're huge fans of Severin Films around these parts, as they've been just killing it with multiple releases.
Now, the horror home video house is going to be making everyone's Christmas Season a little gorier, as they've announced their Amicus Collection - a four disc, remastered retrospective covering the British film company (known as 'The Studio That Dripped Blood'). Founded by American writer/producers Max J. Rosenberg and Milton Subotsky, Amicus built a legacy of horror anthologies and twisted thrillers that remains among the very best genre movies of the ‘70s.
The collection showcases a trio of Amicus classics – featuring stars like Peter Cushing, Herbert Lom, Britt Ekland, Patrick Magee, Stephanie Beacham, Calvin Lockhart, Michael Gambon and Charlotte Rampling – you’ll discover the studio’s legendary Asylum, their insane gothic shocker And Now the Screaming Starts, and – exclusive to this set – the infamous werewolf whodunit The Beast Must Die, as well as a Bonus Disc of Amicus trailers, TV commercials, rare interviews and more.
Check out all these features included with the set (which is limited to 3500 units):

Here's a trailer for the set:
I don't know about you, but I'm definitely buying one for myself and the coolest horror head in my life (so, probably Phil). Severin is one of the best lines in the business, and this looks to be the crown jewel of their current run.
