Trailer For Netflix’s VOYEUR Promises A Public Battle Over Peeping
"They couldn't hear me, they couldn't see me, it was exactly what I wanted."
Netflix has dropped a trailer for their thrilling new documentary Voyeur, from co-directors Myles Kane & Josh Koury. This unsettling looking investigation follows legendary New Yorker journalist Gay Talese as he crafts one of the most controversial stories of his career - profiling a motel owner who spied on his guests for decades.
Take a look:
Talese's tale revolves around Gerald Goos - a motel owner in Aurora, Colorado who, for decades, secretly watched his guests have sex with the aid of specially designed ceiling vents. Though that seems like a topic juicy enough to warrant a doc all its own, Voyeur dives deeper into the challenges Talese's subject issued once the story ran.
Kane & Koury's doc hits Netflix December 1.
