DEATH OF STALIN Gets A New Trailer And A Release Date

2018 already has one excellent comedy on deck.

Team BMD has been waiting for a release date on Armando Iannucci's The Death Of Stalin ever since we saw (and loved) the film at this year's Fantastic Fest. Today, we are thrilled to report that the wait is over: according to Deadline, IFC Films will release the film on March 9th of next year.

To help celebrate this occasion, IFC put together a new teaser for Iannucci's film. Please look upon it now.

Hear me now: if you're an Iannucci fan (which is to say, "if you've got good taste in comedy and agree that In The Loop is one of the funniest films ever made"), you are going to love The Death Of Stalin. It's exactly the movie I hoped it would be, biting and timely and filled to capacity with one quotable line after another. I can't wait to see it again, and am thrilled to know we won't have to wait much longer.
