Very Sneaky: The Fourth CLOVERFIELD Film Is Already Done

Apparently it's set during WW II?

The most we've heard about Cloverfield sequels lately has been the scuttlebutt surrounding the third movie (known as God Particle) potentially moving from Paramount to Netflix (for more info, please see Sweet Baby James Shapiro ASAP). Now, there are reports surfacing that the fourth movie is already done filming and is titled Overlord

In fairness, Scott told you guys all about this here and here, but it's now confirmed that Overlord (a/k/a Cloverfield IV) stars Wyatt Russell and revolves around:

On the eve of D-Day, American paratroopers are dropped behind enemy lines to carry out a mission crucial to the invasion’s success. But as they approach their target, they begin to realize there is more going on in this Nazi-occupied village than a simple military operation. They find themselves fighting against supernatural forces, part of a Nazi experiment.

Directed by Julius Avery (Son of a Gun), and co-starring Jovan Adepo (Fences), Overlord is currently set to release on October 26, 2018 (with God Particle possibly still coming out this Spring - April maybe?). So, it looks like there will be multiple entries into the Cloverfield universe for audiences to look forward to this year. Whether or not they'll be any good is another story entirely, but weird Nazi experiments and probable creature action is enough to get my butt in a seat this Halloween season.
