Didja watch the Avengers: Endgame trailer?
Of course you did. The entire goddamn world is currently watching the Avengers: Endgame trailer. But did you stay 'til the very end of the trailer? If you didn't, you might've missed the screen pictured above, which reveals the Russo Brothers' highly-anticipated Avengers: Infinity War follow-up will now be here sometime in April, rather than its previously-scheduled release date of May 3rd.
This isn't the first time Marvel's pulled the ol' release date switcheroo on us (they did it with Infinity War, as well!), but even still: we really didn't see that one coming! What a nice little surprise for all of us who can't fucking wait to see how this thing's gonna turn out.
Anyway, we don't have a firm release date beyond "April" just yet, but we'll keep you informed as soon as that information crosses our desks.
UPDATE: According to the film's first poster, Avengers: Endgame arrives on April 26th.
Stay tuned, folks, and - in the meantime - feel free to continue watching that Avengers: Endgame trailer on repeat. That's what we're doing this morning.
